Zuzana workout for the day complete :)))
60 reps of jump up and star lift
60 reps of James Bond lunges
60 reps of Monkey Buis. exercise
30 reps of side crunches/side
and 60 reps of breakdance push ups and knee tucks
complete in….21min and 27 sec =D & I only took one pause break!
I have it written that I did this exercise in my Zuzana exercise book but I didn’t write down the time for it :((( BUT GUESS WHAT! Thank goodness for archives because I just fond it =D It took me 29min last time! No switching the order or multiple pause breaks like I did last time! Go here for my last post on this workout.
